Adobe phone numbers flagged as fraud

  1. So I've been trying to answer phone calls from Adobe, however they go straight to voicemail EVERY time!

AT&T has flagged the phone numbers 214-295-1172 and 401-600-3205 as fraud. So there's no way to receive phone calls from Adobe if your a AT&T subscriber.

Your phone company is protecting you

Below  is how you contact Adobe

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
Twitter tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

I just had this happen for a call back with an escalated ticket that had to be scheduled with a senior technician after 11 hours of troubleshooting over 2 days. They did call from a Rhode Island based number and it was flagged as spam. When they left a voicemail they stated the correct ticket number so it was Adobe senior support. Just wanted to confirm that 1 the number is coming from Rhode Island and is Adobe and 2 my phone did flag it as spam and I missed the call and had to reschedule yet again. So this continues to be an issue. A previous call back from a different ticket was also a Rhode Island based number but wasn't flagged as spam/fraud. Anyhoo, hope this helps give some affirmation to the person who first posted this issue. Cheers!
