Hello I have a question, I used to have adobe subscription linked to my personal email (EDITED BY MOD) and I built an online portfolio using adobe portfolio linked to that email. Then I made another subscription with adobe by another email that is provided by the agency I work for. The email is (EDITED BY MOD) . And this I canceled my first subscription because I am not gonna use the one linked to my personal email anymore, and instead I am going to use the one linked to my business email. the question is , can I somehow transfer the data (my online portfolio data) to my new adobe account that is linked to my new work mail without having to build it all over again from scratch ?

How long ago did you you cancel your original subscription?  It might be too late to recover now.  Besides, if you combine a personal Portfolio with your employer's account, you don't own it; your employer does.

Feel free to submit a ticket to the Portfolio Team directly and find out what your options are.

Only one day ago.
is it possible to recover it ?
If not if it's offline (Linked to my personal email)
if I re-subscribed later on with the same email (personal email) will the data be available to repost or will I have to do it all over again?

As I said above, contact the Portfolio Team directly.  This user-to-user forum cannot help you with technical & account issues.

I moved your post over from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
