Is there any way to adjust the mobile settings for the Marta theme?

 

The font sizes are inconsistent scaling to the desktop size and even irrregular withing the mobile size.

 

Are any other themes more customizable?

There are no special settings for viewing on Mobile, Tablet or Desktop.  It's all or nothing because Portfolio layouts are responsive out of the box. 

 

Can you post screenshots of what you mean by irregular?  Or better yet the URL to your site?

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. For Font sizes, you may try switching to other themes, or while you're working on the mobile, you may try rotating the mobile screen for a better understanding of how will it look like.
