Adobe Portfolio add Google Tag for Contact Conversion

Question

Hey,I am starting an Google Ads and I want a conversion on the contact Sheet of Adobe Portofolio. Now I have trouble to get the Google Tag right. It is not possible to put the HTML Code into Custom Meta-Tags.Is it possible?
