Adobe Portfolio - All videos - stopped loading - no videos will load on my entire portfolio site.

  • All of a sudden no videos will load - error - try refreshing page
  • How many Jobs have I not gotten an interview for because, the site wasn't working and I didn't know it.
  • It's pretty gross, that adobe offers a featur like portfolio. We the customer put in weeks to develope a portfolio site and then Adobe just says, "Doesn't work? not my problem"! Adobe says, "Sounds like a You problem, not a Me problem" (I've asked about portfolio in the past and - this is essential what tech says)
  • Can someone please fix Adobe Portfolio - I'm in the middle of a job search and - no videos will play on portfolio

Are you an Adobe Stock Contributor?

Collections containing Stock Videos are not supported. 

 

"NOTE: It is not possible to share video files. Only collections of images can be shared to Adobe Portfolio."

No video integration with portfolio. That seems a shame.

@B_URBEST,

Did you upload videos to YouTube and then add them with Portfolio's Embed Module?  This method has never failed for me unless YouTube was having a problem at their end.

What's the URL to your Portfolio page where videos don't play?

 

Which browser are you using?  Have you tested with other browsers?

 

What country are you viewing from?   I ask because your region may be blocking content that would otherwise be viewable from another region.
