Dear all

This appears most of the time when i want to update my portfolio

1) Ireset a lightroom page

2) After the reset the photos are not displayed

3) and this is coming from the CDN that is overloaded

And even if i dont update the site the site is not uploading well

Tested on chrome PC but also Andoid.

The problem is not solved. In fact the Adobe portfolio team is not taking care of all the explaination i have given and probably did not look at the video. If some Adobe team member can push them (Request #978289) In fact i feel like speaking to a bot that is not understanding what i say. I have open the problem with chrome they ask me to test with another browser. So i tested with edge with the exact same behaviour and now they tell me to test with another browser that edge. The CDN is answering 429 and this has nothing to do with the browser. My best guess it that there is a sort of limit or DoS protection that is activated because i have a lot of photos on my Portfolio. And the fact that is came back to normal after 10 to 20 minutes confirm that there is a timout for this limit or this protection. Is there any Adobe tech Guru that can take the point ?

Update. This morning the portfolio was up and running https://photos.ouiouiphoto.fr

So i went on the editor and check a page All the new Photos are not diplayed

And I went back on the site and the site is a mess again

So it seems each time i edit the site, the site  is messed up event if i don't update it

Thanks i have opened a ticket and I have continued my investigation and this can be helpful for others if they have the same problem. It seems that there is a CDN limit by user in the number of request. This is the main page of my portfolio. You see that all the CDN request are in error 429 (Too many request)

My guess is that if your portfolio have a lot of photo like me (400 photo in some pages), when you edit the portfolio the editor is making a lot of CDN request. And you reach the limit by user and after you have to wait for the limit to be reseted for the site to come back
