adobe portfolio connection not safe / ssl certificate

Hi,

 

We have made a website and bought a custom domain from mijndomein.nl and the website doesn't seem to get a SSL certificate. The 4 A type IP were inserted correctly so I don't know what else to do.

 

is this something that adobe needs to fix or the domain provider ?

When you apply a custom domain name to your Portfolio, it can take up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to fully populate around the globe, at which point the digital certificate will be applied to the HTTPS:// protocol.

it will usually take 1 or 2 weeks.
