Adobe Portfolio Contact Form receiving options

When I tested the contact form it generates an email from:

Adobe Portfolio...

Is there a way to change this?

Also is there a way to change what the subject header says?

Hello JSB Designs2,
I'm having the same question and searching for answers but I couldn't any. Did you finally solve it? Were you able to change it some how? If yes, could you please share the way how you did it?
