Adobe Portfolio: create an 'add to contacts' button

I've tried searching this but all I get are results on how to 'add a contact page', which I already have. What I want is a button (on a page intended to be viewed exclusively on mobile) that when tapped prompts to save my contact info into a new contact on their device.

First question: can this be done with Adobe Portfolio?

Second question: if so, how can I do this?
