Question

Adobe Portfolio goes to the "Page missing" page when using custom Namecheap Domain.

Hi!

I have a custom Namecheap Domain which I linked with my adobe Portfolio site. For some reason, when using that Link, Adobe reports it as missing... I contacted Namecheaps support because I expected that I must have misconfigured something but after taking a look at my setup, they confirmed that everything was in order and the problem can not be on Namecheaps end. They advised me to contact Adobe.
Now I wanted to contact Adobes support but they do not offer that for "free" software...

Any idea what the solution might be? What can I do, I am quite out of options here and really need this to be working.
If you need more info, please let me know!

I thank you in advance for any input! Have a nice day!

I'm having this same issue now. I have a custom domain with Namecheap, and after I set up the DNS records it just goes. to the "Page missing" page on Adobe Portfolio, not my site.

Did you find a fix for this? I'mm wondering if it has something to do with the fact that the URL for my portfolio home page ends in /home. Thanks.

Having the same issue too, have you figured it out?

Yes, turns out I didn't publish the site lol. After I published it on the Adobe portfolio platform, my site showed up just fine. See if that's what's going on for your site. I somehow missed the Publish button.
