Adobe Portfolio Help

I have an Adobe account through my school email, where I have a personal and school account with the same email. (when I log in, it asks if I'm using personl or school). I bought an Adobe plan but it is only active on the school account which I didn't realize, so I switched my business website from school to personal today and now it won't let me switch back as it says "this email is already in use" even though it let me switch in the first place. It says my website will be taken down because I don't have a plan, but the plan is on my school account and I don't want to pay twice. The chat bot will not connect me to an agent because I "don't have a plan." Please help.

Try contacting the plan administrator at the school.
