    @OBRA,

    Your Portfolio Theme determines the layout style & settings options.  Currently there are 12 Theme variations.  Some themes provide for centered layouts, others are full width.  Some have navigation on the left side, others have navigation on top.    Some have gutters & margins, some don't.

    Also Welcome Pages are different from Themed gallery pages in that they have no navigation and occupy full page width.

    Portfolio allows you to create up to 5 websites.  Test different Themes and settings until you find one you like.  Delete the websites you don't need.

    Hope that helps.

    I simply CANNOT fathom how Adobe..."THE" leader in creative visuals across industries can design such a user-unfriendly portfolio UX.  I have spent HOURS today just trying to get a simple cover image to fit the banner space.  It's just unreal.

    @TROG2012,

    When you say fit the space, can you be more specific?

    Which Theme are  you using?

    How wide is your banner container?

    How wide is your banner image?

    I think you're using the same theme as mine, Sawdust.  But your page is not centering because it's 100%  width.  See screenshots below.

    SITEWIDE > Website container, content width = 90%, margins = 5% each,  max-width 1400px, center aligned.

    Website container width = 100%

    Hope that makes sense.  Post back if you have more questions.

    Hi Nancy,

    I was wondering if you know why even with the website container set at

    content width = 90%, margins = 5% each, no max-width

    the images are displayed full width i.e. all the way to the edge of the screen when seen on a mobile device?

    is website container overridden or n/a at mobile sizes?

    Bests,
