Adobe Portfolio: how to create a collection that does not show in navigation?

Hi, anyone knows how I can create a specific collection that does not display at navigation bar - while other do?

Explaining why:

1. I will have password protected collections for non disclosure to all and do not wish for my user to click it by mistake or see it

2. I want to create shortcuts for specific collections in a different place of the site (not navigation to not offer a wide options so the user will not feel that they have to navigate through all to see my work

3. I have collections that I want in navigation so I can't just switch off displaying collections in nav bar
