Adobe Portfolio Missing

Hi, 

I created my portfolio with my student account. My university cancelled the account since I graduated, but now my portfolio link gives an error. I've signed into the account on Adobe Portfolio and the portfolio website is gone, it doesn't even show the project anymore. I paid the subscription, hoping to get it back, but it didn't work. The domain still exists, I've tried to use the same domain to create a new one. All my job applications have this portfolio link. Any advice?
