im using Safari, on a Mac. This is a new thing thats suddenly happening.

how can I find out if theres an image thats maybe named badly, or corrupt, or two large.

    1. Adobe Portfolio’s editing console is compatible with the latest desktop browsers— Firefox, Chrome, MS Edge & Safari— without script blockers or VPN enabled.
    2. To see changes online, go to your Portfolio site & refresh browser with Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R.

    Failing that, submit a support ticket to the Portfolio Support Team:

    Hope that helps.

    I am having the same problems, this is really frustrating and wish I’d built my portfolio in a different package now… wasting time try to update my work is annoying

    @JasonSelwyn

    try using a mobile phone's browser to see if the changes were made

    Try creating a new Portfolio page as a test.

    Add some text and an image with the image module and see if it publishes.

    restart your computer and use a different browser to update, if it’s not already updated.

    Thanks. I tired that.
    restart - clear cache - then switch off certain collections hoping it was one image.
    restart Mac. then used chrome. no luck.

    i dont get the glitch at all. really need @adobe to solve this and help me as a professional designer I need the site

    thought about unpublishing, but no site worse than a slightly older one.
