Adobe Portfolio Not Uploading Images

I've been trying to use Portfolio to make myself a website and the problem I'm running into is that when I try to upload a photo, no matter the type of file, it will not upload anything or give me any notification as to why the image isn't being displayed or loading. I have also tried the photo grid, which has only resulted in me waiting for a long time for nothing to be uploaded.

 

I have also tried using Portfolio both in Safari and Chrome and I am having the same issues in both browsers. Is there anything I can do so that I can finally properly upload these images? I have tried uploading with .png, .jpg, and .jpeg files and nothing seems to be working for me. 

 

This has been going on for more than a week now and I really don't understand what I'm suppoussed to be doing anymore, any and all advice is very much appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. No matter what I do, images I upload (which meet the criteria) will display as a grid, allow my to manage them and move them around etc. but as soon as I click away from that collection they vanish. So currently I have three collections/pages which show up with titles and cover images but when clicked on, the images which I uploaded are not there. very frustrating.
