Adobe Portfolio Question- "About page" Question

Hi there, so I am looking to switching to adobe portfolio and I want to make an "about page". The problem is is that I want the actual page to just say "Hi my name is.... and Im a ..." instead of "About" ... but it seems that whenever I change that first line of writing it changes the title of the page itself in the menu. So if I try to delete the word about (which adobe portfolio doesn't give you the option to do), it says you can't and shows a little red x sign meaning that you can't. Any way around this?? It's a real pain- i might have to stick with squarespace if this doesn't work. I have attached an example of what I see... in. this case it's my about/contact page- and i can't get rid of the word "contact" but I want it say contact on the menu. I have also attached a sscreenshot of one of adobe portfolio's examples where you can clearly see that while it says "contact" in the menu, there is no word "contact" on the actual page itself- so , how do you do this?

By default, the page title is also the file name which automatically appears in your navigation menu. See link below.

Follow the Getting Started Tutorials in Portfolio's FAQ and Knowledge.

1. Choose a Theme for your site layout.  There are 12 Themes to choose from.

2. Create your main gallery or landing page which links out to other site pages.

3. Click the Plus Sign to create a new custom page and entitle it About Me.

4. Publish your site.

That's it.

Hey.. Yes I did that but the thing is I don't want the words "About me" on the first part of the page. I want those words for the name of the page like on the menu, but not on the actual page itself. Any pointers?
