Adobe Portfolio 'Refresh page' Issue

Hello. I was trying to create second portfolio work but when i tried to upload my images, I got a message that, 'Sorry, something went wrong. You will need to refresh the page. Refresh page' from adobe. Can you explain why? Thank you
