Adobe Portfolio says the maximum number of requests has been exceeded

I am teaching a lesson on how to use Adobe portfolio and it says the maximum nuber of requests has been exceeded. I have gotten all my students to close it down and i am still unable to use the site.

I am also having this problem with my students. They started their portfolios and as of today cannot access them. Any info would be great.

did you try the mobile browser test?

I can get to my site on my cell phone, but not from a classroom computer. I've tried clearing cookies and cache. Tried a different browser as well. I've even restarted the computer...

before doing anything, try using a different browser (esp, try a mobile's browser with wifi disabled), as a test.
