Adobe portfolio transfer?

Hi.

Currently, I have the photography plan, but the company I work for at the moment is willing to pay for the plan. If they do that I have to cancel my subscription and give up my Adobe portfolio. Creative Cloud for teams has access to Adobe Portfolio, but is there a way to associate or transfer my current portfolio to the company account?
