Adobe portfolio website logo link does not wokr

Hello, 

i was building my website and changed the logo link to a new page; from then on, the logo link does not work. it used to automatically direct to the main page, but now, it just refreshes the page it was on and does not direct. I have made the link correctly but cannot figure out what's wrong with it.
