Adobe Produkte "Testversion" trotz aktivem Abo

Meine Produkte sind in der Creative Cloud App als Testversionen angezeigt "Testzeitraum abgelaufen" obwohli ich noch ein aktives Abo " Creative Cloud mit allen Applikationen (100 GB)" habe, welches bis September 2023 aktiv ist.

 

An und Abmelden sowie hosts datei von der Hilfe-Seite habe ich schon versucht, ohne Erfolg
