Adobe Spark is not working - I can't access my projects

Hi,

every time when I open an project in Adobe Spark this message is displayed:

(Its in german, english translation: "No branding access. You will no longer have access to the branding that was previously assigned to this project. Instead, your standard branding was chosen")

I'm using the free web version of spark and I never selected any branding. If I click 'OK' it continues to load and never opens the project?!?!!?!

If I create a new project it works fine, I can create my video and everything is perfect...

until I clode the project and reopen it. Same thing happens...

I don't know what's wrong with this service.
