Hallo liebe Kommunitie,

wie weit ist Spark Page DSGVO-Konform? Werden Daten erhoben? Muss man einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag bzw. Datenverarbeitungsvertrag mit Adobe schließen?

Hello Community,

is Spark Page GDPR Compliant? Are data collected? Do I have to conclude an order processing agreement or data processing agreement with Adobe?

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort,
da die Frage jedoch nicht beantwortet ist und auch seitens Adobe Support keine expliziete Antwort bezüglich DSGVO kam, kann ich das wohl nur weiterhin abwarten 😉
