3 Stunden mit Support und Fernzugriff, am Ende hilft leider nur die Drohung mit Presse und Öffentlichkeit, dann war das Konto in 3 Minuten wieder aktiv.

    But the damage is there - and Adobe is far from admitting anything or changing their bad structures. I remember it happened last year already and they do not fix anything - and do not really help and do not compensate for their  failures.
