ADOBE student account / can no longer open documents from last year
Good afternoon,
Maaike and I are using an Adobe student account together and we are experiencing some problems.
We also applied for a student account last year. Now it seems like our files from last year are on our 'personal account'. We are now unable to access this account and files. This is because the 'licence has expired' it says.
Is it possible to transfer all files from the 'personal account' to the account on which we have more storage?
Problem: we can no longer open (but can see!) our documents from last year.
Goal: all files from personal account to licensed account.
Does anyone know what I can do about this?
