Adobe student discount not working

Question

I purchased my student discount while in high school last year and now I'm in college.

Now my subscription is 30 euros instead of 20 even though I'm still eligible for that.

I can't cancel it due to early cancellation fees even though I've had this for an entire year already.

How can I switch back?

To add to this, you are still getting a discount from the regular price for the subscription. The first year of your student subscription, however, is at an introductory rate, so it's even more deeply discounted.

Hi @matteici,The student discount is valid for one year after which the price is increased. See the following link for more details.
