Question

Adobe Subscribers Plans

Anyone know if Adobe outsources their subscribers plans?

I have been using Adobe products for ~20 years now. Over the years I developed a lot of trust in their products. A recent perception is they outsource product plan management. The reason why since this is not the first time I have caught changes in my plans. They add plans I have told them in the past I did not want. Sure enough a few months later you see they have added another plan to your bill.

Unfortunate that I have to check monthly on my plans. Wish I could trust a company the size of Adobe

TIA

I don't see such changes in my plan and I'ver never heard about that. This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support. Sorry, but we're normal users  and we can't help with account and/or payment problems.

Please click the link below to contact Adobe staff to help.
