Question

Adobe support

Of course, I don’t expect an answer, but it seems that Adobe support does not work, or is there another way to explain the lack of response to the request for several weeks? The only question that remains is - what am I paying for?

If it isn't an account or payment issue, you may want to ask for help in the appropriate forum here:

we're both just trying to help you. and while we're not adobe employees, we do have the imprimatur of adobe (hence the community expert label), so we're not random anonymous posters.

anyway, if you don't want help from us, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

no, the question is how did you try to contact adobe support.

p.s. why are you posting in the cc services forum? do you have a cc services question?

Yes, I have a question. But I prefer to discuss it with Adobe support rather than with an unknown user.
