Adobe Synchronizer PDF FILE notice OS Mojave

I would like to know why I receive notification from Mojave that a file sent long ago by Adobe Synchronizer PDF FILE and received via email with the direct link is periodically downloaded again and displayed. Also because I also appear as a sender.
