Adobe works on MacBook but rejected sign-in on iPad Pro

I've purchased a student account for Adobe that is compatible with my Mac, no problems there so far. It has been functioning fine during class. But when I've attempted to sign in on my iPad Pro it says I don't have a valid sign in? I'm a bit confused as to how this is possible. Quite frustrating as well that there doesn't seem to be a direct line to speak to someone who works for Adobe as well. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first) :
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

Clicked on your link and pressed the chat box. It says I have to talk to my administrator to sort out any issues. I don't have an administrator? My account is not affiliated with my school, I just connected my school email to it to be allowed to have a student subscription. I've called the phone number as well and they don't provide service on the weekends, just weekdays. I appreciate the help, still needing to resolve the issue. Thank you though

To clairfy, you're using a school issued ID and password?  In that case, you must contact your school's IT dept for help.  Adobe cannot assist you except through the school's IT dept.

If you have an individual plan (paid directly by you to Adobe), then you can contact Adobe support for assistance.

Online Chat: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Phone M-F, during normal business hours: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

But before you do, some things to try:
