AEM form designer, stand alone

In the past, I used LiveCycle, and then in 2018, I switched to AEM Form Designer, the standalone version.  I now need to make changes to those forms that were built.  I spoke to an Adobe representative who told me that I should still have access since I paid the $299.  I have proof of purchase, and my account also reflects that I paid.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help, or even post this question to the appropriate community?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
