After Adobe email me for identification, I keep can't login to Creative Cloud...

Please help. After I enter the idntification code on Creative Cloud, it keeps said I was log-out, but when I click the log-in button, it say loding into Creative Cloud, however, waiting for a few moment, it said I was Log-out again....the loop doesn't stop.

I have tried every method which Adobe given in https://helpx.adobe.com/hk_zh/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html

Could anyone please kindly help? I have uninstall the app almost 5~6 times.........Thanks.

You may want to go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
