After my trial ends, where does my work go? can I still access and see my Photoshop work?

I need to compile my work for school but I can't open any of my files anymore.

You still have your files. But you can't run Photoshop so you can't open the PSD and PSB files you made. You need to export your work to other formats while the trial is running.
