all Adobe applications are locked

I have a problem with my account. When I turned on my computer this morning and opened Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud asked me to change my password. So I created a new password. I logged in with the new password, it shows me my account. But all Adobe applications are locked. Despite the fact that I paid the annual fee, which ends on November 24. I have already reinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't even show that I have paid for Creative Cloud. I just cleared the cache in appdata as you advised me. What else should I do?

and do you have a teams, enterprise or education subscription?

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the issue you're seeing? Which operating system are you working on? Based on the email ID you're using to sign in the community, I don't see any active plan. If you're using another Adobe ID, can you share that with me via private message?
