all Adobe applications are locked
I have a problem with my account. When I turned on my computer this morning and opened Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud asked me to change my password. So I created a new password. I logged in with the new password, it shows me my account. But all Adobe applications are locked. Despite the fact that I paid the annual fee, which ends on November 24. I have already reinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't even show that I have paid for Creative Cloud. I just cleared the cache in appdata as you advised me.
