All Behance Projects Became Private — Unable to Make Them Public

Hello Adobe Community,

All my Behance projects suddenly became private, although my profile is still accessible. I can no longer make my projects public.

I have contacted Behance Support several times but have not received any response.

I am a graphic designer, and my Behance portfolio is important for showcasing my work and finding job opportunities.

Could an Adobe Community expert please help me understand why this happened and escalate the issue to the appropriate Behance team?
