Question

All files disappeared from my cloud

Hi,

All of my files in my creative cloud have disappeared and I can not have an access to them from anywhere. The situation is horrible since I had many gigabytes of important data there. Now the "assets.adobe" thing shows just about 5 random adobe xd files. I do not use the desktop "cloud", anymore because it is eating my computer memory so much (it is not a "cloud", but a duplicate of the cloud files in your computer), so I need the access to the files via browser.

I am very frustrated. Do you have the same problem? This is a horrible situation and I don't even know how much I have lost. I have browsed the files, documents, assets and just those few files.

For anyone else reading this, you should always have a local copy of all files

I use a Sata docking station and SEVERAL 'bare' drives for backup of my desktop computer
There are many external drive devices, this is the one I use

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.
