All my apps say I don't have Creative Cloud installed CC 2018

All my apps say I don't have Creative Cloud Installed, but it is (CC 2018) so I can't access Libraries

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, still shows that I have no CC app.

JasonT-74, sorry you are facing errors when accessing the Libraries within different CC applications.  Please see Creative Cloud Libraries panel stopped working for information on how to resolve the current error that you are facing.
