ALMACENAMIENTO EN LA NUBE

Hola tenía muchos archivos guardados en la nube, por temas de empresa me habian suspendido la cuenta y me la reactivaron el día de hoy pero ya no tengo ninguno de mis archivos y los necesito para trabajar. 

Alguien sabe que puedo hacer o le ha sucedido esto antes?

your cc files are available for varying lengths of time, but you have, at least, one month.

Oh no, it was just a cuple days, since monday or tusday. It is weird :S

then all your files are recoverable.

 

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used for your original subscription (that has your cc files): http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

then open your cc desktop app, click the cloud icon at the upper right and click cc web:
