Question

Alternative to CC folder for sharing to non-CC computers?

I use CC between my macs all the time, but create content I need to move to my PC for 3D work.

However, we only get 2 installations, so I've been dealing with the headache of downloading that Google Drive presents.

Can anyone recommend an actual drag/drop alternative that's as easy to use as the CC folders?

thanks!

(ms) onedrive, id drive, google drive and dropbox are the big four, The Best Cloud Storage and File-Sharing Services for 2022 | PCMag

BUT, you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs.

the only (insignificant for internet connect computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time.

because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

Great - I was under the impression that CC could only be installed on two computers. I'll try that out, and, assuming it works, stick with it 🙂

thanks

you're welcome.

and yes, unless you're working at a desk with more than 2 computers, or you're working with mostly offline computers, there's no problem using adobe cc on more than 2 computers.
