Always get the logout popup – no chance to login

hi all
i really hope someone can help me, i have a huge problem with my creative cloud.
i am no able to login and so download the stuff. on my mac pro it worked but not on the macbook pro.
uninstall and re-install is already done, cache cleared and i also used the adobe cleaner tool.
