Hi! I can not log into my account on my mobile phone after an update. It says "An error occured while authenticating. Please try again later". It has been like this for a few days, and I do not get access to log into any of adobes apps. I can not go through internet neither. It looks like adobe is blocked on my phone. I can log in if i use my computer and go through internet. What can i do?

I have the same problem.
None of the adobe apps let me sign in (Lightroom, Creative Cloud). Spinning circle and then "An error occured while authenticating. Please try again later." Been trying for 48+ hours now!

Doesn't even get to entering my email address so it can't be an adobe account problem.
I can log in to the online web versions no problem, it's just the apps that get nowhere!

Pixel Slate running Chrome OS Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Full powerwash / factory reset performed, problem persists across different Wi-Fi connections based in UK.

I've been using them perfectly well on the exact same device since December 2019.

Some Chromebooks run android apps. And a quick search suggests as far back as 2017 Adobe optimised certain apps for Chromebooks. Do you know when support was removed and where it was announced?

restart your phone

if that fails, use a web browser to check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then open your mobile cc app>sign out>sign back using the same adobe id as used above
