Photoshop won't let me use its beta version because it says "I'm underage", which I'm not. Does anyone know how I update my date of birth? I was unable to find that information in my account. thank you so much

from, https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/generative-fill.html

Why is the Generative Fill button greyed out if I'm over 18?

If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you and you're over the age of 18, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do either of the following:

Sign out and sign back in to both the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the Photoshop (beta) app

Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.

If you sign in using social sign-in (Apple, Google, and Facebook), ensure that your date of birth in that account is set to public instead of private.

Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

I updated Photoshop to 25.11.0 the other day. Generative AI functions no longer work. I have two machines that CC is activated on: a desktop and a laptop. The GenAI features work fine on the laptop (it's newer and more powerful). But on the desktop, the functions have stopped working. They are greyed out. The icon on the toolbar is grayed out and does show a blue circle.

I have one Adobe account. I've gone to Behance, and there is no age-related field for me to fill in, but I don't think that's the issue since the functions work fine on the laptop.

The AI features shouldn't depend on the power of my graphics, because that's sent to Adobe's more powerful servers. So I'm baffled as to what's going on.
