Anzeige Credits in der Creative Clound

Hallo,

seit kurzem werden mir zu meinen Creative Cloud Konto die noch zur Verfügung stehenden Credits nicht mehr angezeigt. Es erscheint ständig die Meldung "Bereich kann nicht geladen werden". Ab- und Anmelden hat nichts genutzt. Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann.
