APP auto opens and Uninstalls

The Creative cloud desktop app is opening on its own, and then trying uninstall Premiere Pro.

I am on the latest WINDOWS update, latest version of Premire Pro and Creative cloud app. I can force close the app over and over but it keeps RE opening on its own and trying to uninstall Premiere.

How do I stop this?
