App is crashing upon opening on iPad Air 2

I haven't gotten the creative cloud services app to open on my iPad Air 2 even after the latest updates. I'm on OS15 and the app just updated. It opens to loading screen and then crashes, never fully loading the app.

Does your device have enough available memory to run the app?  It requires 151.1 MB.
