Question

Apps not fully available since Adobe split up accounts to business and personal

So after Adobe decided to change their profile login thingy, everything is messed up.

My plans before, on one profile:
- Adobe CC (full)
- Substance 3D Texture

My plans now, after splitting:

Business account:- Adobe CC (full)

Personal account: - Substance 3D Texture

This requires me to logout and login all the time and it is frustrating. Asside from that, I cannot use the apps simultaneously, while I could before. Is there some way this can be fixed? Can I shift my Substance 3D Texture plan to my business plan for example? All plans have been paid for by the company I work for, so I don't get this.

Im having the same problem. I recently joined an organization and all my works was transfered to business profile (also my behance portfolio) do you know how to transfer it back to my personal account?

I've also read that once you left the organization all the files will be deleted. so i'm having a problem on how to migrate every behance upload i've made.

I absolutely know what you're going through. I can't even login to my "personal profile" that has my cloud files and Behance profile, and I can't access any files via my Business Teams profile. This is probably the worst update that Adobe has rolled out.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I contacted help, and chatted with an Adobe rep. The short answer was "That's the way it works now."

You have to switch between profiles because you can't use products from different accounts (personal and business) simultaneously even if your company is paying for both and you are licensed for both. The solution provided was "Buy an individual subscription of the business (Enterprise/Team) products to use the products together." So the solution was to pay for a product twice. This makes no sense from a customer perspective.

Yeah I have had the same. Did you see that the business version only has the full package and costs abou 4 times as much (without the discount)? It's unbelievable.
