Apps panel doesn't show installed Creative Cloud apps

I'm using the latest Creative Cloud app and It's not showing the apps as installed ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect ) in the installed apps, nor in the updates, I tried to install Photoshop so it might sync with the old preferences (plugins, scripts, and workspace) nothing happened as if it's installed as another new app

I tried this method: Apps panel doesn't show installed Adobe Creative Cloud apps But it didn't work either.

can you please help me I can't re-install every plugin for every app and workspace again!

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

reinstall over the current installs.

I did it, didn't work either.

but after searching here more I found the solution in changing the Adobe Creative Cloud to the same language that the app uses and it will appear an it worked ♥
