are all files supposed to sync?

Question

it seems like random files aren't syncing

I have cloud storage programs running fine but I know this isn't exactly a cloud storage program, so is this normal? some files sync, other files I have to upload to discord to get them on my pc, even if it's the same file type and size

No, not all files.  Files saved to your Creative Cloud Files folder should sync to your Creative Cloud storage.
