Arquivos na nuvem não sincronizam

Estou com problema para sincronizar os arquivos da nuvem, ele não atualiza os antigos e os novos também não vem, o que eu faço? Aparece esse erro mas não atualiza.

open your local synced folder with a file browser.

see if you can determine where syncing is failing by checking the icons. files with the green check marks synced successfully,

synching is probably failing on a corrupted file. move suspicious files out your cc sync folder and retry syncing.

after successfully synching uncorrupted files, work on fixing the corrupted files and, after repair, move back to your sync folder.
